Koller large ice cube machine is the first fully automatic edible ice cube machine with three advanced technique: adjustable ice thickness, automatic water supplying, automatic ice freezing and ice falling. It features fast ice production, high output, and low energy consumption. The ice produced by our ice cube machine is solid and clear. It melts slowly and has excellent hygiene, making it ideal for beverages cooling.

Our ice cube making machine has daily capacity from 1ton to 20tons and we offer four ice cube size for you to choose from: 22*22*22mm, 25*25*22mm, 29*29*22mm and 38*38*22mm. The 22mm and 25mm ice cubes are are popular for ice cup to sell.

Main Features Of Koller 5 Ton CV5000 Industrial Ice Cube Making Machine

Rapid Ice Production

Utilizes high-quality refrigeration components for high cooling efficiency. Production output significantly exceeds the rated standard in ambient temperatures ≤20°C.

Customizable Design

If your space is limited, we can also specially design the machine to be split. If you need to store more ice in the ice bin, we can specially design the machine to have a bigger ice bin.

Lower Energy Consumption

Under equivalent conditions, power consumption per ton of ice is 35% lower than traditional commercial cube ice machine, significantly reducing operating costs.

Safe & Hygienic Ice Cube

The machine body is made of stainless steel SUS304, special water sink design, automatic cleaning program can prevent impurity precipitation; ice cube is sanitary, safe and can meet QS.

Intelligent PLC

Features a built-in PLC intelligent system for fully automatic operation, including water supplying, ice making, and ice harvesting. Besides, when malfunction happens, the alarm information like water shortage, full ice and high&low pressure will be displayed on the screen, to avoid abnormal working and reduce the possibility of breakdown.
