Q: What payment terms can you accept for bulk orders and large ice plant projects?

A: We commonly adopt T/T payment terms. For large long term cooperation projects, flexible payment plans can be negotiated after detailed business communication.

Q: Can I visit your factory and inspect the machines before placing an order?

A: You are warmly welcomed to visit our manufacturing workshop in Guangzhou. We can arrange a full factory tour, machine test running demonstration and face to face technical discussion.

Q: Can you help me design a complete ice plant or cold storage solution?

A: Absolutely. Our engineering team can draw layout drawings, and deliver a one stop solution tailored to your budget.

Q: What is the warranty period for your ice making and cold room machines?

A: Our standard warranty is 1 year. We also provide lifetime technical support and spare part supply.

Q: Do you provide overseas installation guidance and after sales service?

A: We offer detailed installation manuals, online technical support and remote troubleshooting for all orders and optional engineer on site service for large scale ice plant and cold storage projects.

Q: What refrigerant options do you offer for your refrigeration equipment?

A: We supply both traditional and eco friendly low GWP refrigerant solutions, such as R404a, R507, R449. Our engineers will recommend suitable options based on your local environmental regulations.

Q: Do your ice machines and cold room units have CE certification?

A: Most of our industrial ice making equipment carries CE certificates. We can provide certification documents for your customs clearance or tender application upon request.

Q: Can you customize ice making machines and cold room systems for my project?

A: Yes. Our in house R&D and production team can adjust ice output, ice type, machine size, refrigeration layout and cold room temperature range to fit your site specific demands.

Q: How long is your normal production lead time?

A: Standard ice machine models take 3045 working days. Customized ice machine, cold room or full iceplant solutions require 5090 working days after technical confirmation and deposit.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: We accept 1 unit orders for most standard ice machines and cold room equipment.
