Product Introduction
Koller Plate Ice Machine is a direct-cooling rapid ice-making system independently developed by our company. It adopts flat-plate heat exchange technology and hot-gas defrosting technology to produce irregular flat flake ice with adjustable thickness from 5mm to 40mm. The machine is constructed with SUS304 stainless steel and food‑grade aluminum alloy, meeting hygiene standards.
The plate ice produced by our plate ice machine is dense, solid, and transparent, with a slow melting rate and superior cold‑storage performance compared to other ice types. It is widely used in food processing, fishery production, chemical cooling, and many other industrial applications.

High Heat‑Exchange Efficiency
The specially designed flow‑channel plate structure ensures high heat‑transfer efficiency and faster ice‑making cycles. The aluminum‑alloy evaporator offers excellent thermal conductivity, effectively shortening the ice‑production period.
Intelligent Control System
Equipped with an Intelligent PLC control system, the machine realizes fully automated sequences including water supply, ice making, and ice harvesting without on‑site attendance, significantly reducing labor costs.
Hygienic and Safe Ice
All ice‑contact parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion‑resistant and easy to clean. The produced plate ice is clean and sanitary, safe for direct food contact, and complies with HACCP and FDA certification requirements.
Adjustable Ice Thickness
Ice thickness can be freely set between 5mm and 40mm (standard range 8mm–10mm). This wide adjustment capability ensures optimal ice shape and size for specific applications, significantly enhancing equipment versatility and user satisfaction.
