Product Introduction

Tube Ice Machine produce hollow cylinder shape with inner hole ice. Tube ice machine has high frozen efficiency and low power consumption. It covers a small area, the installation and operation are very simple.

Tube ice is thick and transparent, not easy to melt, has long storage time and good air permeability, can meet the edible standard. We provide various tube ice size for customer to choose from.

Tube ice main application: daily consumption, frozen beverage, beverage making, frozen food, vegetable preservation, chemical process, civil engineering and other places that need ice. Our 22mm or 28mm tube ice are popular for ice cup to sell.

Food-grade Material

The machine frame, the interior of the evaporator and the upper&lower of the water tanks are all made of food-grade SUS304, hygienic and anti-rust. The outer barrel of the evaporator can also be made of stainless steel 304.

Intelligent Control

Intelligent PLC enables fully automated water supply, ice making and defrosting. Multiple protections—compressor, phase sequence, voltage, overload and water shortage—prevent damage, extend machine life. Touch screen language supports Chinese, English, Arabic, French and Spanish.

Special Ice Cutting Device

The ice cutting device is made of stainless steel 304 and uses imported bearings. With stable support, the ice blade will not swing up and down during operation, so the ice is cut smoothly with less broken ice.

Various ice sizes

Available in various sizes: 16×30 mm, 20×30 mm, 28×35 mm, 34×45 mm, and 40×50 mm. The ice features a small inner diameter, and solid ice is also available (higher-end configuration required).

Semi-Automatic Ice Storage Bin

An optional semi-automatic ice storage bin is available. It is designed for temporary ice storage and convenient ice bagging, helping keep ice clean and improving packaging efficiency.
